Brianné Chapman

Youth Engagment Co Ordinator

Brianné Chapman is a passionate storyteller, environmental advocate, and proud Caribbean woman of Nevisian and Antiguan heritage. With a love for poetry and creative expression, she uses writing as both a personal outlet and a powerful tool to inspire awareness and change. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to environmental well-being, youth engagement, and community-centered sustainability, particularly in the areas of climate resilience, coastal care, and sustainable living.

Professionally, Brianné is part of the People & Culture Department at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, where she has cultivated a strong appreciation for service, personal development, and the power of human connection. Her role allows her to support others while continuing to grow.

She was naturally drawn to Island Girls Rock for the warm sense of connection it fosters and the space it creates for women to bloom, uplift one another, and grow together. From the empowerment to the environmental care offered, it created the perfect balance for her own development, while contributing to cleaner, more resilient communities.

Whether through writing, conversation, or community action, Brianné is driven by a desire to create meaningful change. A quote she lives by is: “Let your smile be your power, soft enough to uplift, strong enough to lead.” For her, joy is a quiet form of strength, and leading with kindness is a radical act of resilience.
