ISLAND GIRLS ROCK (IGR) is a heart-led, impact-driven, nonprofit dedicated to celebrating, uplifting and empowering Caribbean girls and women.
Through mentorship programs, artist residences, panel discussions, summits, cultural initiatives, and creative incubators, we have become a space where Caribbean girls and women feel seen, valued and supported.
Everything we do is rooted in six pillars. These pillars are not abstract words, they are lived values, shaping how we show up for each other and how we build futures across generations.

Island Girls Rock is dedicated to cultivating an intergenerational community that empowers Caribbean women and girls through culture, creativity, and wellness. We create spaces for mentorship, artistic expression, storytelling, and well-being, fostering meaningful connections and opportunities for growth. By amplifying our voices and celebrating our heritage, we inspire the next generation to move confidently in their truth, build lasting networks of support, and shape a future where Caribbean women and girls thrive.
